- Messages on other platforms: if you contact us through Instagram, WhatsApp or another service, we receive the details you send us there.

We use personal data only for clear purposes, and only where we have a lawful basis to do so.
- To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes and designs. Basis: your request, and your consent where the law requires it.
- To deliver, install and support the work you order, take payment and keep records. Basis: performing our agreement with you.
- To keep the website secure, fix faults and understand how it is used. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable website.
- To send news or offers by email, phone or message. Basis: your consent only, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
Contact forms and enquiries
When you send an enquiry through a form on this website, we ask only for the details we need to reply. Please do not include sensitive information such as national ID numbers or payment card details in a message.
