Acceptance of these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to work we quote or carry out for you. They are an agreement between you and [Registered company name], trading as Innex Woodworks. By using the website or accepting a quote, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
If a signed quote or contract for your project says something different from these terms, the signed document applies to that point.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or resell its content without our written permission;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
- send harmful code, false information or content that breaks the law or another person’s rights;
- use the website to send us spam or unrelated advertising.
Enquiries, quotes and orders
An enquiry is a request for information and does not create an agreement. We create an agreement only when we have sent you a written quote and you have accepted it in writing, and, where we ask for one, paid the deposit.
- Quotes stay valid for [number of days] unless the quote says otherwise.
- Each quote lists the scope of work, materials, finishes, measurements and drawings you approved.
- Changes you ask for after approval can change the price and the delivery time. We will confirm any change with you in writing before we act on it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise and include the items listed in your quote. Payment is made in stages as set out in the quote, for example a deposit, a payment before delivery and a final payment on completion.

Lead times, delivery and installation
Dates we give are estimates, not guarantees. Timing can be affected by approvals, material supply, site readiness and events outside our control.
For installation, the site must be ready and accessible, with the agreed measurements, utilities and finishes in place. Extra visits caused by a site that is not ready may be charged.
Natural materials and finishes
Wood is a natural material. Grain, colour and texture vary from board to board and change as wood ages, and wood can move slightly with changes in humidity and temperature. This is normal and is not a defect.
Photographs on this website and on screens may not show exact colours, and sample finishes are a guide. For colour-critical choices, ask us to show you a physical sample.
Cancellations and changes
Because we make custom work to your specification, you can cancel or change an order only before we have bought materials or started production for it.
- If you cancel after that point, we may keep the deposit or charge for materials and work already done, up to [percentage or rule].
- If we cancel because we cannot deliver as agreed, we will refund the amounts you have paid for work not yet carried out.
Workmanship warranty
We stand behind our workmanship for [warranty period, e.g. 12 months] from the installation date. If a fault in our workmanship or materials appears during normal use, tell us in writing and we will repair or replace the affected part.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear, or the natural movement and colour change of wood;
- damage from misuse, impact, water, excessive heat or poor care;
- changes or repairs made by anyone other than us;
- faults in items, appliances or surfaces supplied by someone else.
Nothing here limits any rights you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.
Intellectual property
The designs, drawings, text, photographs, logo and name “Innex Woodworks” belong to us or our licensors. Designs and drawings we prepare for you remain ours until you have paid in full, and you may use them only for the project they were prepared for.
If you give us your own designs, images or plans, you confirm that you have the right to use them. With your agreement, we may photograph finished projects for our portfolio and website. Tell us in writing if you would rather we did not.
What you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, plans and information you give us. We may rely on them when we prepare quotes and designs. Please keep copies of anything you send, as we may not return it.
Limits on our liability
We take care with this website but provide it “as is”, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
For work we carry out, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for that work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Work already agreed in a signed quote continues under the terms that applied when you accepted it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, the competent courts of [city, e.g. Cairo] will decide it.
